MSCは8月末から、イスラエル船社ZIM Integrated Shipping Servicesとの船腹共有契約（VSA）を再開し、北欧州〜イスラエル航路Israel Express Serviceを開始した。

　同サービスは6700TEU型5隻（MSC：3隻、ZIM：2隻）によるウイークリー配船で、寄港ローテーションはLondon Gateway／Rotterdam ／Hamburg／Antwerp／Le Havre〜Ashdod ／Haifa／Damietta〜Valencia〜London Gatewayとなる。

　サービス第1便はAshdod8/28寄港済みのZim Alabama 29W次航。
